Clean and cut the potatoes and the cauliflower, boil the water in your veggie steamer and steam the veggies. Heat up the olive oil, minced garlic and red pepper flakes in a skillet, add in the cut onion and roast until it turns golden brown. Mix in the rest of the spices. Let the spices simmer in the skillet for 5 min. Add the steamed veggies to the spicy, oily sauce in the skillet and continue simmering and stirring. Serve the meal with rice or just as is! Enjoy!
