AKDYS LLC does not discriminate, harass or retaliate based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, disability, age (40 or older), genetic information (including family medical history) or any other classification protected by Federal, State, or local law and does not tolerate such discrimination from any employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers and/or customers/clients.

Any complaints about such discrimination, harassment or retaliation by AKDYS LLC, its employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers and/or customers/clients can be reported directly to a Principal of AKDYS LLC or via our the Contact Us form (https://akdys.com/about-us/contact-us/).

Anyone reporting a discrimination, harassment or retaliation claim will not be retaliated against and their identity will be protected to the greatest extent possible, along with those who participate in a discrimination investigation. AKDYS LLC will provide a prompt, thorough and impartial investigation of complaints and a prompt and effective corrective and preventative action when necessary.

The consequences of violating this Non-Discrimination Policy include punishment up to and including termination of business relationships with employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers and/or customers/clients.
