AKDYS took part in the 20th Annual Jim Allen Group Gobbler’s Run Walk 5K this morning, raising money for the Boys & Girls Club of Wake Forest. We are happy to support the kids, while getting a little exercise in the process! While the knees no longer support running, we were able to complete the 5k in 45 minutes at a brisk walking pace.
