Power Walking During Lunch Hour

As the temperatures in the Triangle are finally dropping down into the very comfortable lower 80s with low humidity, we started our lunch hour power walk routine. Lake Lynn offers a perfect 30-min, 2.8 mile loop around the lake. We kept our heart rates below 120 bpm for the perfect fat burn exercise. Also, getting out of the house once a day does wonders against the Covid-19 cabin fever.
