Rosemary Potatoes

A side dish or even a main course for every day of the week:

Cut the potatoes and onion into “easy-to-eat” sized pieces and put them on an oven baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and minced garlic over the potatoes and spice them up with rosemary, oregano, garlic, basil and ground pepper. Put the baking sheet into the oven wait for your potato-delight to be ready.

Tips for “first-timers”:

  • After 20 minutes start sampling your potatoes every 5 minutes to get a better feel for how your oven roasts as every oven’s heat distribution is different
