As the weather turned to a “cold” 50° F here in NC, we moved our workouts into the water, where the water was a reasonable 80° F. Despite thinking our other workouts were keeping our cardio endurance up, we were quickly proven wrong after 2 laps. We managed to push through 30 minutes before we called it a day, with a promise to ourselves to improve on that next session…albeit our appendages might need a day of recovery first. However, it felt great to be back in the water and we cannot WAIT to be back again.
