Penne Aglio E Olio & Broccoli

Clean and cut off each broccoli floret , boil the water in your veggie steamer and steam the broccoli. Heat up the olive oil, minced garlic, fresh pepper and red pepper flakes in a skillet and then simmer. Add the steamed broccoli to the spicy, oily sauce in the skillet and continue simmering, mixing and stirring.

Cook your penne in 2 – 3 inches of boiling water in your pasta pot, sampling often until your pasta reached your preferred hardness level.

Mix the cooked pasta and spicy oily broccoli with a kitchen spatula in the skillet until the pasta has soaked up all the delicious sauce and serve it right away. Enjoy!
