Heat up the olive oil, minced garlic and spices in a skillet. Add the diced tomatoes to the spicy, oily sauce in the frying pan and continue simmering, mixing and stirring.

Cook your penne in 2 – 3 inches of boiling water in your pasta pot, sampling often until your pasta reached your preferred hardness level.

Mix the cooked pasta and spicy arrabiata sauce with a kitchen spatula in the skillet until the pasta has soaked up all the delicious sauce and serve it right away. Enjoy!
