Oven Roasted Garlic Bulb

The garlic lover’s delight! Try to get a large garlic bulb. Peel off the papery skin until you can see all the single garlic cloves. Use a kitchen knife and cut ¼ in. off the top of the bulbs. Sprinkle olive oil on the garlic gloves, put the bulb on an oven sheet and roast it in the oven. We just fork the caramelized garlic cloves straight out of the bulb!

It also makes a picturesque side dish that goes with almost everything.
